Welcome to Sandstone’s Content Studio. We’re really excited to host you and your creativity.

Our facility was built during Covid-19 to support musicians and those in the arts as they pivoted to digital content creation being their main source of fan interaction. Since music is now back on stages, we’ve been using the space for even more fun endeavours, including opening it up for you to create in.

PARKING

  • North side of Terminal Ave - no max hourly parking from 9:30am.

  • South side of Terminal Ave - no max hourly parking from 9am.

  • Impark Parking Lot

FOOD & DRINK

There are a few small restaurants around the area, but we highly recommend “To Dine For” on the Ground Floor of our building. their burgers are to die for.

We use Giggster to book the Content Studio. Don’t worry if our button takes you there!

RENTAL RATES

WHOLE DAY

8 hours | $600 + GST

HALF DAY

4 hours | $350 + GST

If you go over your booked window time-frame, you will be charged at our hourly rate of $75/hour. We don’t take bookings that are less than 4 hours.

We use Giggster to book our Content Studio to ensure we’re all protected and have a clear communication space.
